For all your questions regarding USDC(Shido) and not being able to see it, etc. Here are the exact steps and it'll all work flawlessly.
1. Use Metamask or Shido app (dex, not in-app swap).
2. If you're using Metamask, add the Shido network and also make sure you add the new USDC(SHIDO) contract.
3. Once done, visit app.shido.io from your in-wallet browser and connect your wallet.
4. Switch to Shido Mainnet on dex by clicking on three lines on the top right.
5. Now go to swap and Shido to SHIDO(USDC) not just usdc or anything else. ONLY SHIDO(USDC) which is the new USDC pool that's supported by the bridge.
6. Go to the brige and you can seamlessly bridge your USDC to any chains available!
(NOTE: This process won't work with Keplr or it's in-app browser)
